Our client is a well-established main contractor, renowned for delivering high-end commercial CAT B fit-out projects. We are assisting them in their search for a Joinery Senior Project Manager with proven experience delivering bespoke joinery packages in premium commercial fit-out environments, leading design, procurement, production and installation through to client sign-off. The project is a high-end commercial CAT B fit-out. The successful candidate for this role will be responsible for the day-to-day management of the project from inception to completion. This is one of many major projects being developed by the business, offering the successful candidate the opportunity to join a contractor with a strong pipeline of secured work. You must ensure health and safety compliance, as well as coordinating subcontractors and trades and maintaining programme and quality standards. To be considered for this role, you must hold a valid CSCS Manager's Card, SMSTS, Asbestos Awareness, and a First Aid at Work qualification, whilst also having previous experience delivering bespoke joinery packages in premium commercial fit-out environments for a main contractor, with a similar job value.
