Our client is a renowned school refurbishment specialist main contractor, with a turnover of GBP35m+ and growing. The role will involve managing 2–3 projects simultaneously that will range from GBP200k–GBP300k in value, within the education refurbishment sector. Projects are all located within London and surrounding areas.

Daily duties will consist of:

  • Programming works
  • Updating the programme
  • Managing site teams
  • Key stakeholder engagement
  • Reporting upstream

As well as being involved heavily within pre–construction.
