Our client is one of the UK construction market's biggest main contractors with a turnover of one billion pounds. They are in search of an Assistant Site Manager with a mechanical or electrical background, the hire will be on a temp to perm basis. The last three temps have gone perm within 6 months of starting.
The project you will be based on is a CAT A commercial fit out for an office block located in Guildford. Your duties will involve:
- Driving the remaining floors to completion
- Snagging and de-snagging
- Reporting into a site-based Senior Site Manager
