My client is a fast-growing D&B main contractor that reported a £9m turnover in their first year, with turnover set to double in the forthcoming year.
They specialise in both CAT A and CAT B commercial fit-outs and refurbishments within the London market.
They are seeking a Document Controller with Procore experience who can roll the software out across the business and upskill their supply chain.
As my client is entering their second year of trading, the current and upcoming hires must have a “can-do” and “roll up your sleeves” attitude. Candidates must be willing to wear multiple hats outside of their core job duties when required and support the business where needed.
Alongside standard document control responsibilities, this role will also involve administrative duties such as diary management, event organisation, and maintaining office supplies. Over time, the role will expand, offering the opportunity to build your own team and progress into a “Head of Document Control” position. However, in the interim, applicants must be willing to carry out the administrative tasks outlined above.
This company is growing rapidly, and the opportunity to develop your career alongside the company’s growth should not be overlooked.
If you are interested, please apply now—opportunities like this do not come around often.
