Our client is a D&B fit-out main contractor who specialise in CAT A & B commercial projects. We are currently assisting them with their search for a freelance Site Manager to lead one of their projects located in Chatham.

Project Details

The project is a £280k single floor of CAT B office fit out. This is the first in a series of recent project wins so will lead onto further projects.

Responsibilities

  • Managing day-to-day health & safety
  • Running the floor alongside all associated subcontractors and trades
  • Reporting into a visiting Project Director

Requirements

  • Hold an in-date CSCS card
  • SMSTS qualification
  • First Aid qualification
