Our client is a D&B fit-out main contractor who specialise in CAT A & B commercial projects. We are currently assisting them with their search for a freelance Site Manager to lead one of their projects located in Chatham.
Project Details
The project is a £280k single floor of CAT B office fit out. This is the first in a series of recent project wins so will lead onto further projects.
Responsibilities
- Managing day-to-day health & safety
- Running the floor alongside all associated subcontractors and trades
- Reporting into a visiting Project Director
Requirements
- Hold an in-date CSCS card
- SMSTS qualification
- First Aid qualification
