  • Raising purchase orders and assisting with the ordering of construction materials and site supplies
  • Maintaining accurate accounting records and supporting monthly reporting
  • Assisting with expenses, CIS records, payroll information and project cost tracking

  • Taking and handling phone calls relating to suppliers, clients, site queries, accounts matters and general office administration

  • Helping organise tasks, follow-ups, appointments, records and office administration where required
  • Keeping financial documents, approvals and supporting records organised

Candidate Requirements

The ideal candidate will have previous experience in an accounts, finance, bookkeeping, purchasing, office administration or business coordination role. Experience within construction, subcontracting, property, facilities management or another trade-based business would be particularly beneficial. Applicants may be qualified, part-qualified or studying towards a recognised accounting qualification such as ACCA, ACA, CIMA or AAT. Candidates with a relevant degree in Accounting, Finance, Commerce, Economics, Business Administration or a similar subject will also be considered. Strong Excel skills, attention to detail and clear communication are essential. The person must be reliable, organised, confident speaking with people by phone and email, and comfortable working as part of a UK-based operational team.

Contract Basis / Day Rate

This role is offered on a contract basis at a rate of £120-£150 per day, depending on experience. The arrangement is intended to support the business with day-to-day finance, accounts, purchasing and office administration, with the potential for the role to develop depending on business needs and the candidate’s performance. The successful candidate will be expected to work in an organised and consistent way, keeping records up to date, supporting the team with finance and office administration, and helping maintain clear communication between LLC Group, suppliers, subcontractors, clients, the external accountant and accounts support based in India.

Visa Sponsorship

There may be a possibility of future UK visa sponsorship for an exceptional candidate. Any sponsorship would depend on the individual’s performance, contribution to the business, the long-term requirements of the role and their eligibility under the relevant immigration rules. It is not guaranteed at the beginning of employment but may be reviewed after the candidate has demonstrated their capabilities within the company.

Why Join LLC Group?
