The Role of a Sales Advisor:
- Meet and greet prospective purchasers, demonstrate the features and benefits of the properties
- Be a strong negotiator capable of achieving qualified sales reservations
- Able to build rapport and strong communication with potential purchasers
- Manage the database
- Complete the reservation process and paperwork with the purchasers
- Liaise with purchasers and Sales Manager to process sales through to exchange of contracts and legal completion
- Ensure the sales area and any show homes are clean, tidy and well presented at all times
- Assist clients with optional extras and process their choices
- Ensure purchasers are kept up to date with progress on their plot and development
- Complete a Sales Build report weekly
- Hold site and sales meetings with the site team
- Be aware of the market and current trends
- Prepare development weekly reports for management
This Role:
- The successful candidate will receive a full-time permanent position
- Competitive salary (depending on experience)
- Generous commission (paid on exchange)
- Commission for quarterly targets
- Working pattern – Thursday to Monday (inclusive with Tuesday/Wednesday off)
- Holidays (increases with length of service)
We have a development in Abergavenny that we are looking to recruit a new Sales Advisor to start as soon as possible, with a view to progressing onto another site in the Bridgend area when we open the doors. It will mean managing the many leads that we already have and getting those customers qualified and ready to buy once plots are released. This is a perfect opportunity to be involved in a brand-new development from the beginning.
