We are seeking a dynamic and forward-thinking educator to lead the development and implementation of innovative teaching practices across the school. The Innovation Lead will play a key role in driving pedagogical transformation, enhancing student engagement, and preparing learners for a rapidly evolving world.

Llanishen Fach Primary School is a large school with 540 pupils on roll, situated in Rhiwbina, the school is at the centre of the community. We have a Specialist Resource Base which has undergone significant development with a substantial re-build, this will reinforce our superb learning experience for children with additional learning needs.

Our Deputy Headteacher will be someone who:

•Is an exceptional classroom teacher with a proven track record of improving the practice of others

• Is a superb leader, with recent, relevant, and successful leadership experience of teaching and learning

• Is a strong communicator, has excellent interpersonal skills, and has high expectations of themselves and others

• Prioritises the wellbeing of pupils and staff

• Is innovative and knowledgeable with the confidence to lead on the school’s vision for teaching and learning
