To lead Llamau’s Learning & Development and organisational development strategy, ensuring colleagues have the capability, confidence and leadership needed to deliver safe, person-centred and trauma-informed services.

The role also leads Llamau’s Compassionate Leadership approach, embedding it across the organisation to strengthen leadership practice and colleague experience.

You will drive a strong learning culture, support organisational growth, and ensure effective use of data, compliance frameworks and inclusive career pathways.

This is a strategic leadership role within a small, high-impact team, balancing clear direction with hands-on contribution — including personally leading key programmes such as management and leadership development.
