Requirements:

  • Ability to engage complex young people and build positive relationships with appropriate boundaries.
  • A non-judgemental, positive attitude and understanding of issues like homelessness, substance misuse, family breakdown, domestic abuse, and trauma.
  • Resilience and forward-thinking attitude to overcome barriers and setbacks.
  • Ability to remain calm and composed in challenging situations.
  • Experience in support work or housing, with knowledge of housing options, law, and benefits.
  • Full UK driving license and access to a vehicle.

Additional details:

Additional payment of £96.00 for on-call duties. Any voluntary or on-call shifts are paid at relief rates, with relief pay of £13.45 per hour and sleepover pay of £172.60. Llamau is committed to equality and diversity, welcoming applications from all protected characteristics.
