Role overview:
- Manage a caseload of clients across the area, working autonomously and managing your own schedule.
- Work from home, the office, and out in the community to achieve positive outcomes tailored to each individual\’s needs.
- Support individuals with complex needs such as housing crisis, substance misuse, mental health, ACEs, and offending behaviour.
- Develop understanding of ACEs and work with a trauma-informed approach in a physiologically informed environment.
- Build relationships and collaborate with local agencies including local authority, charities, education providers, probation, social services, and housing.
Requirements:
- Ability to engage and build relationships.
- Understanding of homelessness, substance misuse, family breakdown, domestic abuse, and trauma.
- Resilient, forward-thinking, and able to overcome barriers.
- Calm and composed in challenging situations.
- Experience in support work or housing, with knowledge of housing options, law, and benefits.
- Full UK driving license and access to a car.
