An exciting opportunity has arisen for an enthusiastic and highly motivated Project Manager to spearhead Llamau's work and influence for LGBTQ+ people. This is a new role, that you can make your own and be a driving force for inclusive, identity-affirming practice across Llamau’s services in Wales. With a strong focus on championing the rights and wellbeing of LGBTQ+ people, you will lead the design and delivery of impactful learning and development initiatives for colleagues and external partners. You will spearhead the creation of a national engagement toolkit, deliver transformative training, and build strategic partnerships that embed systemic change.
A forward-thinking leader, you will drive best practice in LGBTQ+ inclusion by equipping teams with the tools, insights, and strategies needed to deliver meaningful, person-centred support. Through shaping conversations and influencing service design, you will ensure the people we support feel seen, respected, and empowered to thrive.
General Duties- To positively promote and represent the interests of Llamau and to always conduct yourself in line with the Code of Conduct.
- Comply with all Llamau’s policies and procedures.
- Act as a role model and be a champion of diverse voices, calling out behaviour that doesn’t align to Llamau’s values and ethos as an anti‑racist and inclusive employer.
- Commit to Continuing Professional Development including the Induction, Core Competency Training programme, and other opportunities that are identified.
- Maintain your professional knowledge and development by attending webinars, training and networking events, and keeping up‑to‑date on changes to employment law.
- Any other duties as reasonably requested.
