Llamau Limited is recruiting a Peripetic Support Worker to join Swansea Young Person Services.
Based in Swansea, the role is permanent and full-time, coordinating the delivery of support for young people in line with their Individual Support Plan.
You will delegate some tasks to Support Assistants / Project Workers (nights) and ensure their completion, contributing to Llamau's mission to eradicate homelessness for young people and vulnerable women.
