Overview
Llamau is a youth and women\’s homelessness charity working across Wales. We are seeking a dedicated and proactive volunteer development manager to develop our fundraising volunteering programme, support the review and development of the organisational-wide strategy for volunteering, implement a volunteering stewardship programme, bring consistency to volunteer recruitment.
Responsibilities
- Develop a fundraising volunteering programme that engages members of the community, offering them opportunities to help raise the profile of Llamau\’s work and secure vital funds needed to support our mission to end youth and women\’s homelessness across Wales.
- Manage fundraising volunteers, ensuring they receive the highest quality support, maximising the income raised alongside their engagement with Llamau.
- Develop and deliver training in various formats to support empower fundraising volunteers and colleagues.
- Work closely with the corporate fundraising team to support corporate partners seeking volunteering opportunities. This includes coordinating with various departments to identify suitable volunteering projects, ensuring that all corporate requests are handled efficiently and professionally, and maintaining strong relationships with corporate partners to foster ongoing engagement and support.
- Play a key role in the review and development of the current recruitment and induction processes for volunteers across the organisation.
