This role supports young people with complex needs by building trusting relationships, helping them work toward their goals, and promoting independence through day-to-day guidance.
The purpose of the role is to provide housing related support to individuals affected by homelessness across a range of settings including those living in their own tenancies as well as temporary accommodation projects, ensuring the highest possible service is provided to all. You will co-ordinate the delivery of support in line with their Individual Support Plans.
