To support individuals and families throughout Cardiff who have housing related support needs as a result of experiencing domestic abuse. The adult services department is made up of a duty team and a community team. The role will require you to primarily work within the community team with the flexibility to work between teams to suit the needs of the department.

Please note that the successful applicant to this vacancy will be subject to clearance from the Disclosure and Barring Service (DBS).
