The predicted salary is between 28800 - 43200 £ per year.
A service that is about much more than offering young people a roof over their head. It's about giving them a safe and inclusive home and help to achieve their potential, transition into independent living, and engage in employment or education.
You’ll offer day-to-day emotional and practical support to motivate and empower young people to gain independence and reach their full potential. You’ll provide support and advice in line with support plans and as requested by the young person’s keyworker, working collaboratively as part of a team who embrace differences and creative thinking.
