Responsibilities
- Offer day-to-day emotional and practical support to motivate and empower young people to gain independence and reach their full potential.
- Provide support and advice in line with support plans and as requested by the young person\’s keyworker, working collaboratively as part of a team who embrace differences and creative thinking.
- Engage and build strong relationships with young people while understanding the impacts of homelessness, domestic abuse and trauma.
- Demonstrate a forward‑thinking attitude to crisis response.
- Remain calm and collected in challenging and traumatic situations.
