Solution Consulting/ Presales Senior Manager

This role is responsible for managing a team of solution consultants who support the sales cycle by articulating the value of Oracle ERP, HCM, and EPM solutions to prospective clients. You will work closely with sales leadership, product teams, and implementation partners to ensure the delivery of compelling, technically accurate, and business-aligned demonstrations and proposals.

What you will bring:

• Proven experience in pre-sales or solution consulting.
• A strong track record of leading or mentoring technical pre-sales teams.
• An understanding of Oracle Cloud processes.
• Ability to guide solution consultants to translate complex solutions into clear, compelling business value for prospects.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
