THE ROLE
We have an opportunity for an experienced Insurance/Reinsurance Litigation Solicitor 5 + PQE to join a well respected and expanding team to handle a professional indemnity workload
You will work closely with partners, taking ownership of key work streams, managing associates, and maintaining direct client contact.
The work will cover:
- Policy interpretation and complex coverage disputes
- Liability defence work including professional indemnity
- Professional regulatory defence
- Supervising and mentoring junior lawyers
- Contributing to business development and client engagement
THE CANDIDATE
You will have 5 + PQE having worked for a leading insurance law firm
Sound technical expertise in insurance coverage, handling high value insurance disputes acting for insurers and/or re-insurers
Strong communication skills and commercial judgement
This is a career opportunity for an individual seeking to build a profile as a key team member of a growing and successful disputes practice
The firm offers hybrid working arrangements and post holder can would out of London or several regional locations
