A Shipping Litigation Solicitor (3-5 PQE) is sought to join a City-based team handling wet and dry shipping disputes, international trade and marine matters.
The role focuses on handling contentious work including High Court Litigation and Arbitration for a broad client base including P&I clubs, shipping lines and major ports and terminals. You will manage major recovery actions, vessel arrests, charter party, bill of lading and related disputes.
