THE FIRM
An established and highly regarded law firm is seeking an ambitious Commercial Property Associate with 4+ years' PQE to join its growing team.
This is an excellent opportunity for a commercially minded solicitor looking to work on a high-quality caseload within a collaborative, entrepreneurial environment. The successful candidate will have significant client contact, work closely with experienced Partners and have the opportunity to develop their own client relationships and practice.
THE ROLE
You will advise a diverse client base, including high-net-worth individuals, property investors, developers, luxury retail brands and corporate clients, across a broad range of commercial property matters.
The role will involve:
- Commercial property acquisitions and disposals
- Landlord and tenant matters
- Property finance transactions
- Commercial property support on corporate acquisitions, disposals and restructurings
- General asset management
- Managing an experience-appropriate caseload with a high degree of autonomy
- Developing and maintaining strong, long-term client relationships
- Supporting the continued growth and business development of the team
ABOUT YOU
The successful candidate will have:
- A minimum of 4pqe in Commercial Property
- Excellent academics.
- Strong technical experience across acquisitions and disposals, landlord and tenant work, property finance and corporate support transactions
- Experience gained at a respected City, West End or highly regarded regional law firm
- The ability to manage a busy caseload independently with minimal supervision
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Confidence advising sophisticated commercial clients
- Experience acting for HNWIs, investors, developers, luxury retail brands or similar clients would be advantageous
- A collaborative, team-focused approach
- A proactive and commercial mindset, with an interest in business development and growing a personal practice
- A strong work ethic and reliable billing record
