Our team at Gloucester is seeking a candidate with excellent customer service skills and prior knowledge of the sales process to handle inbound parts requests, provide sales quotations on our bespoke platform, and maintain exceptional service levels.

Responsibilities include:

  • Identifying suitable parts from our in-house database
  • Quoting and selling parts into the B2B market via our online portal
  • Responding to customer inquiries in a professional manner
  • Resolving any issues that may arise

Key Areas of The Role:

  • To provide sales quotations on SYNETIQ bespoke system
  • To answer/respond to incoming messages on the parts portal
  • Provide good customer satisfaction in relation to all customer matters
  • Engage with other departments to ensure parts arrive to the customer within the agreed SLAs
  • To ensure that all customer invoicing is carried out in a timely manner
