Join us as a Chapter Lead working within the IT Customer Applications department where you\’ll be responsible for driving meaningful improvements and managing key initiatives. Reporting to the European Director of Customer Applications, you\’ll work at the intersection of business and technology. With a focus on Agile delivery, you\’ll foster collaboration across teams and help stakeholders define and implement efficient, scalable processes. Key Responsibilities
- Taking responsibility for managing backlogs, implementations, and roadmaps within the assigned scope
- Facilitating the use of Agile principles and practices in Sprint iterations across several delivery teams
- Guiding and supporting product owners in user story mapping, backlog creation (epic level) and user story generation
- Supporting product managers in setting product strategy cascading to teams
- Managing relationships with business stakeholders
- Working with department and group leadership on a daily basis to ensure delivery and quality
- Providing team-level reporting against agreed metrics, identifying and suggesting improvements to remove inefficiencies as well as escalating delivery risks
- Conducting analyses of team performance and providing coaching to support increasing productivity
- Contributing to the creation of new processes and monitoring the quality of practices and behaviors across delivery teams
- Supporting team management in activities relating to European customer applications.
Skills and Experience
- Minimum 5 years IT Product Management or Product Owner experience, with a deep understanding of the challenges of coordinating international and cross-functional stakeholders.
- Previous experience working as a Scrum Master, Agile Lead or Agile Coach within a matrix organization
- Experience in effectively coaching product communities
- Ability to identify critical issues and propose solutions
- Knowledge and experience of using Agile principles beyond Scrum and Kanban, for example, Lean Start-Up methods, Design Sprints, Lean UX, CI/CD and DevOps
- Good understanding of waterfall practices and terminology
- Proficient in the use of JIRA and Confluence software
- Familiarity with complex front and backend systems
- Able to provide coaching and direction where needed
- A supportive team player able to thrive in an iterative/Agile environment with constantly changing priorities
- Experienced in scaled Agile framework within an international corporate matrix structure
- Strong English language skills, both verbal and written.
