Talent Acquisition Specialist w LKQ Europe
The Supply Chain Finance Controller – Planning & Transfer Pricing, working specifically with the supply chain, procurement and logistics functions takes responsibility for coordinating the financial planning and analysis process across Europe. This role focuses on harmonized budgeting, forecasting and reporting and is pivotal in ensuring accurate profit allocation in line with the overall transfer pricing framework.
Working in close collaboration with tax teams, this role ensures compliance with internal controls and external audit requirements, contributing directly to the profitability and sustainability of the business.
Key Responsibilities
- Streamline monthly reporting by including variance and trend analysis and a country-level P&L breakdown.
- Introduce standardised reporting for product supply and the supply chain to improve HQ visibility.
- Coordinate budgeting and forecasting to ensure proper margin and cost allocation.
- Oversee the month-end close process and ensure accurate cost allocations in accordance with transfer pricing policy.
- Manage SG&A costs and FTEs for procurement, planning and logistics, and track inventory to support valuation.
- Act as the main point of contact for the local and central finance and tax teams.
- Develop impactful reports for executive leadership.
Skills and Experience needed
- Holds a bachelor or master\’s degree in finance, accounting, economics or related field
- Minimum of 6 years’ experience within corporate FP&A, controlling, transfer pricing or a similar finance role
- Strong knowledge of transfer pricing models and OECD guidelines
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and has experience creating insightful reports for senior leadership
- Extensive experience working with financial planning processes
- Experience with group consolidated reporting in a corporate environment within a multi-site business
- Strong analytical thinking skills and excellent attention to detail
- Able to work to tight deadlines and remain calm under pressure
- Mindset of continuous improvement with the confidence and capability to challenge the status quo
- Fluent in both written and spoken English.
