Job Overview

We are looking for a talented and driven Product Manager to take ownership of an assigned category, ensuring its growth, profitability, and availability. By understanding regional market dynamics and channel requirements, you will manage the full product lifecycle, from introduction to retirement, while strengthening portfolio awareness and market positioning through brand harmonisation strategies.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage the assigned category to deliver growth, margin, and product availability, while aligning with regional market and channel requirements
  • Define and monitor category KPIs in collaboration with stakeholders, covering areas such as demand planning, target pricing, and product marketing
  • Oversee new product introductions and retirements, working with sales, supply chain, and marketing teams to ensure smooth execution
  • Drive brand harmonisation strategies across assigned categories, enhancing awareness of the Emotive brand and product portfolio
  • Provide technical insights on product performance and cost/price analysis to inform decision-making and strategy execution
  • Collaborate closely with category management operations to interpret category data, identify opportunities, and deliver optimal outcomes
