Job Overview
As an Operations Manager for LKQ Digraph, your role is key in ensuring that the branch team are aligned in order to deliver excellence. You are responsible for ensuring that our colleagues represent LKQ Digraph professionally when dealing with both external customers and internal partners. Key Responsibilities
- Working with your Branch Manager to support them in motivating a large team to put their best foot forward this includes line management responsibility for the operations team
- Responsibility for all operations in branch in order to ensure that we hit our operational KPI\’s
- Have an enthusiastic willingness to have a daily involvement in HR, performance management, succession planning and recruitment our people are our most valuable asset
- Ensure compliance with Health and Safety and branch standards we need you to lead from the front and drive our safety first culture
- Stock takes/audits, fleet management
- Actively demonstrate behaviour in line with our Company core values
- Promote a customer focused mindset within the branch
Skills and Experience
- Leadership experience, with high levels of focus, energy and drive
- Great communication skills demonstrate the ability to manage customer accounts, both cash and credit
- Good experience of managing stock takes and audits, with the ability to control stock and put measures in place to do so
- Solid Health and Safety background
- Demonstrate a passion and willingness to develop in the above areas, if not already having solid experience
