As a Delivery Driver for LKQ Euro Car Parts, you will be responsible for maintaining our high standards, working as part of a highly effective team, and maximising customer-focused excellence at every opportunity.
Reporting to the Driver Controller, your role will focus on delivering our customer promise consistently. Our delivery drivers are essential in developing and driving high branch performance and operational standards aligned with the organisation’s strategy.

Key Responsibilities
- Organise deliveries promptly and efficiently; maintain records as required.
- Maintain good customer relations by being courteous and helpful; report any issues with goods or services.
- Generate additional sales at delivery points using marketing and promotional information.
- Provide marketing intelligence regarding competitor activity and business opportunities to the Manager.
- Drive the delivery vehicle carefully and courteously, adhering to the Road Traffic Act and company procedures; report any licence endorsements or prosecutions.
- Keep the vehicle clean; perform daily checks on oil, water, battery, lights, tyres, fuel; report damages.
- Observe accident and insurance procedures; report any incidents involving company vehicles promptly.
- Notify the Manager of vehicle defects and upcoming maintenance.
- Assist in warehouse tasks such as stock putting away, picking, and audits.
Skills and Experience
- Clean UK driving licence.
- Excellent communication skills to develop customer relationships.
