Key Responsibilities
- Organise deliveries promptly and efficiently, maintaining required records.
- Maintain excellent customer relations, being courteous and helpful at all times, and report any problems.
- Generate additional sales at the point of delivery using marketing and promotional information.
- Provide marketing intelligence to the Manager regarding competitor activity and potential business opportunities.
- Drive the branch delivery vehicle in a careful and courteous manner, complying with the Road Traffic Act and company procedures, and report any pending endorsements or prosecutions against your licence.
Skills & Experience
- Clean Full UK Driving licence.
- Excellent communication skills – ability to develop customer relationships and enhance connectivity.
- High levels of focus, energy and drive.
- Good business acumen.
