Key Responsibilities

  • Responsible for retail operations, resources, and customer service within the branch.
  • This includes line management responsibility for the Weekend Retail Assistant, leading, coaching, and developing a multi-skilled team within the branch.
  • Holding regular colleague reviews to strengthen engagement and support development, including educating, reviewing, and briefing on the importance of a safety-first culture.
  • Delivering structured daily briefings to ensure all colleagues are working to meet key business metrics and KPIs in line with goals.
  • Ensuring all retail counter areas conform to health and safety legislation.
  • Maintaining full compliance with branch standards to achieve operational excellence.
  • Ensuring operational efficiency to promote a safety-first culture, with all retail colleagues completing relevant e-learning modules.
  • Leading a customer-focused retail team, promoting a customer-first attitude within the branch.
  • Adhering to returns, credits, and warranty processes to enhance customer experience.
  • Maintaining stock availability through accurate stock movement processes.
  • Delivering excellent customer service with efficient pick-to-manifest times and achieving SLAs.
  • Collaborating with operations and sales teams to maximize customer opportunities.
  • Minimizing customer effort by ensuring a robust Click & Collect process.
  • Setting up the branch for growth through best-in-class retail practices and stock management.
  • Ensuring retail operations are compliant with financial audits.
