The predicted salary is between 30000 - 40000 £ per year.

Our client has expanded cow numbers towards 600 and increased yields to in excess of 10000 litres. We are now looking for an experienced herdsperson to join the team and support the farmer managing all daily dairy duties and lead a small but dedicated team. The role will include milking, heat detection, foot trimming and AI - training can be provided.

We can offer excellent facilities in this recently built unit which provide superb working conditions and include:

  • Split block calving with yields of 10000 litres
  • 2 x milking on 50-point rotary parlour with feeders
  • ADF, Uniform Records and Pedometers
  • Auto ID with 3-way shedding
  • Sand bedded cubicle housing & full TMR
