Stockperson/Tractor Driver

We require a keen, enthusiastic, and mature person to join our team and work alongside our experienced herds people on a 550-cow organic dairy near Bawtry on the Notts / Yorks border.

The farm has great infrastructure and facilities and would be a great place for someone keen to learn more about grass-based dairy farming.

The role would involve tractor (and loader) work, fencing, youngstock work and occasional milking. You will have a good understanding of livestock / machinery and be an all-round good stockperson.

This is a great opportunity for someone who likes variation and loves dairy cows but does not want to be tied to milking all of the time.
