Assistant Herdsperson We require a keen, enthusiastic and mature person to join our team and work along-side our experienced herds people on a 500-cow organic dairy near Bawtry on the Notts / Yorks border. The farm has great infrastructure and facilities and would be a great place for someone keen to learn about grass-based dairy farming. You will have some background experience with livestock / machinery, but 'on-the-job' training will be given. This is a great opportunity for someone with drive and ambition to get into the dairy industry and be rewarded for their hard work.
