The predicted salary is between 20000 - 25000 £ per year.

Due to impending retirement, we have a very exciting new contract for a vacancy on an in-hand farming and sporting estate near Dulverton in the Exmoor National Park.

The estate's enterprises are based on 1750 acres of predominately grassland, 1550 acres of moorland and 400 acres of woodland.

The main enterprises are a 550 suckler cow herd, a 700-ewe flock, a let shoot, a firewood business and a 25-berth bunk barn.

The role will be varied with a mixture of stock jobs supporting the head herdsperson and farm owner as well as some stock related tractor driving.

Telehandler and quad bike licences are desirable, but training could be provided.

We seek an all-rounder with a strong work ethic looking to make their way in farming.

You must have an ability to work both independently and as part of a team and have a can-do attitude.
