We require an enthusiastic dairy team member with a minimum of three years\' experience to join our keen four-person team producing high quality milk for a premier supermarket in a small village location near Marlborough.

The 280 Holstein cows calve all year round, are TMR fed, rotational paddock grazed, cubicle housed, yield 9,500 litres and are milked through a modern milking and handling set up including a 20:40 Westphalia parlour with ADF, auto feeding and auto drafting.

Cows run in a freshly calved group to receive close attention then high and low groups.

We require a cow enthusiast with a strong team ethos who can undertake four milkings per week and also one milking per day on their weekends on. The team share all duties, and the varied job will include TMR feeding and their share of the youngstock and livestock management duties to ensure all cows and youngstock are properly cared for at all times.
The core dairy team is supported by a relief milking staff and the arable team on this mixed farm when workloads permit.

An excellent package is available with a lovely 3-bedroom house with garage and front and back gardens, free of rent. There are excellent local schools and good time off based on every other weekend plus other days as we look for a sensible work life balance.
