We need someone who can quickly assess what's working, identify what isn't, and confidently drive positive change.

What you'll be doing:
- Acting as a trusted advisor to managers and senior stakeholders
- Managing employee relations cases with confidence and pragmatism
- Supporting organisational change initiatives
- Reviewing and improving HR policies and processes
- Coaching managers on best practice people management
- Ensuring compliance with UK employment legislation
- Leading HR projects and delivering practical solutions
What we're looking for:
- Proven experience as an HR Manager or Senior HR Business Partner
- Strong UK employment law knowledge
- Comfortable handling complex ER cases independently
- Excellent stakeholder management skills
- A proactive, hands-on approach
- Ability to hit the ground running with minimal supervision
- CIPD qualification preferred but not essential
Why you'll love this opportunity:
- Immediate impact from day one
- Collaborative and supportive culture
- Opportunity to influence and improve people practices
- Varied workload with plenty of autonomy
- Work alongside leaders who genuinely value HR
