Our client, a luxury retail business are looking for a collaborative and detail focused HR Administrator.
You will support the wider HR Team and client group through the employment lifecycle.
The role covers a wide range of generalist duties across administrative and operational tasks.
A busy, involved role in a dynamic, fast paced team Duties will include Ensuring all employee records are up to date and compliant with UK employment law Taking ownership of company data (SAP and Workday), keeping data clean and accurate Issuing employee contracts, letters and any other HR correspondence (starters and leavers) Compensation and benefits administration / review Work closely with HRIS manager to keep intranet up to date Collate and submit accurate data to the payroll team Support the wider HR team on initiatives, projects and updates across your region We are looking for candidates with proven experience supporting a large organisation in high volume HR Admin.
As such, experience using Workday / SAP is a must and you will have a strong understanding of HR process.
