JOB ROLE
Working at LK Bennett is more than just a job; it\'s a way of life and by becoming our Wholesale Admin Assistant means you will be at the forefront of our luxury business. This is a great opportunity to see the wide-ranging responsibilities a wholesale department undertakes. In this role you will deliver the highest levels of customer service to franchise partners and wholesale accounts, through an accurate, consistent and thorough management of operational tasks and duties. To meet budgeted sales by providing administrative support for the wholesale operations whilst servicing the customers effectively and efficiently.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Managing and maintaining order trackers through Excel.
- Sending order confirmations to wholesale customers in a timely way and following up any discrepancies: cancellations, change of styles.
- Allocating customer orders.
- Ensuring data accuracy and integrity relating to customers and orders via excel and internal Wholesale systems.
- Creating weekly shipping documentation.
- Ensuring documentation is generated accurately and on time.
- Setting seasons up on internal systems.
- Communicating closely with teams throughout the Business from Merchandising, Buying through to Digital.
