JOB ROLE

By providing our customers with stand out support and product knowledge you will be driving forward our customer service offering and relationship building with our client base.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Owns day to day Customer Care operations and customer contact via emails, phone and chat, ensuring all complaints are resolved diligently within expected time frames.
  • Acts as an ambassador for the LK Bennett brand, aiming to exceed customers expectations and enhance their shopping experience.
  • Acts as a key contact for queries including late returns, faulty goods, repairs etc. Manages the sourcing and despatch of spare parts, coordinating with the relevant internal departments.
  • Manages social media queries.
  • Identifies trends in customer feedback and queries, sharing these with Customer Care Supervisor/ Senior Digital Projects & Customer Care Manager to enhance customer care at LK Bennett.
  • Processes customer orders, payments and refunds over the phone and within internal systems in line with agreed accounting processes.
  • Actively uses customer order management database and other internal systems to review open orders.
  • Liaises with LK Bennett distribution centre and 3rd party technical support to identify and resolve any issues or delays in processing customer orders.
  • Liaises with LK Bennett logistics team and 3rd parties to resolve customer delivery delays and issues with orders or returns.
  • Supports Senior Digital Projects & Customer Care Manager and Customer Care Supervisor with any ad hoc duties when needed as well as LK Bennett store teams and the wider business as and when required.

  • Demonstrates an appreciation and understanding of the importance of customer care as a function within a luxury business.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proactive and self-motivated with the ability to use own initiative.

  • Works well under pressure.
  • Experience working within a customer care/administrative/operational role in an office environment is preferred.
  • Web and social media savvy IT literate with demonstrated knowledge of all Microsoft package software.

REQUIREMENTS

  • Workspace and reasonable working environment at home.
  • Hardwired network connection with minimum of 50kBits/sec network bandwidth.
  • Fixed working hours Monday to Friday.
