Responsibilities include:

  • Driving KPI results across your store.
  • Taking a commercial approach to ensure customers experience exceptional service.
  • Maintaining visual and operational excellence to maximise sales and create customer loyalty.
  • Looking for opportunities to drive sales and increase profit.
  • Deputising for Multi/Dual Site or Store Manager as required.
  • Role modelling Brand standards to deliver excellent customer experience.
  • Equipping teams to implement and maintain visual and trading guidelines.
  • Using financial data and market knowledge to make commercial suggestions and decisions.
  • Endorsing the importance of KPIs to ensure everyone is focused on achieving great results.
  • Building local relationships to maximise store specific knowledge and marketing opportunities.
  • Maximising multi-channel opportunities to drive sales and deliver excellent customer service.
  • Ensuring compliance with legal & Company standards.
  • Completing all admin duties to required standard.
  • Adhering to company policies and procedures throughout the store.
  • Driving excellent service through product knowledge and visual training.
  • Recognising expectations set for all team members and providing regular feedback.
  • Reviewing scheduling and team rotas for effective resource use.
  • Demonstrating a positive approach and delivering excellent team building skills.
  • Operating at senior retail management level in the absence of Multi-Site/Dual Site or Store Manager.
  • Actively seeking new commercial opportunities and sharing suggestions with your manager.
  • Having excellent commercial and financial awareness, proficient at interpreting sales and stock data.
