Responsibilities include:
- Driving KPI results across your store.

- Maintaining visual and operational excellence to maximise sales and create customer loyalty.
- Looking for opportunities to drive sales and increase profit.
- Deputising for Multi/Dual Site or Store Manager as required.
- Role modelling Brand standards to deliver excellent customer experience.
- Equipping teams to implement and maintain visual and trading guidelines.
- Using financial data and market knowledge to make commercial suggestions and decisions.
- Endorsing the importance of KPIs to ensure everyone is focused on achieving great results.
- Building local relationships to maximise store specific knowledge and marketing opportunities.
- Maximising multi-channel opportunities to drive sales and deliver excellent customer service.
- Ensuring compliance with legal & Company standards.
- Completing all admin duties to required standard.
- Adhering to company policies and procedures throughout the store.
- Driving excellent service through product knowledge and visual training.

- Demonstrating a positive approach and delivering excellent team building skills.
