We are working in partnership with a top-tier UK law firm that is actively seeking an experienced Private Wealth Solicitor to join their award-winning department at Senior Associate or Salaried Partner level. This is an outstanding opportunity to work alongside one of the largest and most respected Private Wealth teams outside of London.
About the Role
This high-performing team acts for an impressive portfolio of HNWI, UHNW families, entrepreneurs, business owners, landowners, trustees, and charities, offering tailored succession planning, estate and tax advisory, and trust solutions. You’ll play a key role advising on:
• Lifetime and death estate planning
• Inheritance tax mitigation
• Estate administration and complex probate matters
• Trust formation, taxation, and administration
• Advisory work for internationally mobile clients
The team also has a growing Contentious Trusts & Probate practice, offering opportunities for broader exposure if desired.
Ideal Candidate Profile
• 4+ PQE with a strong background in Private Client / Private Wealth law
• Confident advising on tax and estate planning for HNW and UHNW individuals
• Experience handling trusts, family investment companies, and intergenerational wealth planning
• Demonstrable ability to supervise junior fee earners
• Some client following or strong market contacts highly desirable
• For Salaried Partner applicants, proven business development track record and a portfolio of client relationships or trusteeships is essential
