We’re growing and we’re looking for an experienced Senior Recruitment Consultant to join our high-performing team in Manchester.

This is a genuine opportunity for a seasoned recruiter who wants autonomy, exceptional earning potential, and the chance to work with some of the world’s leading law firms .

The Role

• Manage and grow your own desk within the legal market
• Build long-term relationships with top-tier law firms and high-calibre candidates
• Deliver end-to-end recruitment solutions
• Play a key role in the continued growth of the business

About You

• Proven experience as a Recruitment Consultant xwzovoh or experience in a Sales environment (legal experience preferred, but not essential for the right person)
• A strong billing track record
• Commercial, driven, and relationship-focused
