A leading, Top 50 UK law firm are seeking a talented Senior Associate to join its nationally recognised Employment, Pensions & Immigration team, based in Birmingham.

This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced employment solicitor to work with a diverse client base across sectors including healthcare (NHS and private), commercial (automotive, manufacturing, retail), and higher education. The work is varied, intellectually stimulating, and offers real scope for career progression.

The Role:

• Managing your own caseload of complex employment law matters, including advisory work and Employment Tribunal litigation.
• Playing a key role in mentoring junior lawyers and contributing to business development initiatives.
• Working closely with clients across regulated and non-regulated sectors, providing strategic advice and practical solutions.

About You:

• 4+ years’ PQE in employment law, gained in private practice or in-house.
• Strong experience in Employment Tribunal litigation and advisory work.
• Excellent drafting, presentation, and client relationship skills.
• Ability to lead matters independently and delegate effectively.
• A proactive, commercially aware mindset.
• Experience supporting clients in regulated sectors (desirable).
