What You\’ll Be Doing

• Manage your own files from instruction to completion within the commercial property team.
• Advise on a range of matters including land‑lord and tenant issues, acquisitions and disposals, commercial leases, refinancing and secured lending, development transactions.
• Participate in client development and networking, building your profile with firm support.

What We’re Looking For

• Qualified Commercial Property Solicitor or equivalent (CILEX/CLC) with 6+ years’ experience.
• Confident handling a broad mix of commercial real‑estate transactions.
• Value autonomy while enjoying team collaboration.
• Strong communicator who builds trusted client relationships.
• Based in or within commutable distance of Manchester (hybrid working available).
