Join a Tier 1 National Team Advising the UK’s Leading Housebuilders

Salary: £35,000–£75,000 DOE + Bonus

Location: Leeds | Hybrid working available

We’re working exclusively with a top-ranked UK law firm, recognised by Legal 500 and Chambers for its Residential Development expertise. The firm is looking to appoint a Solicitor (1–6 years’ PQE) to join its growing national development team, based Leeds.

The Role

You’ll advise some of the UK’s largest housebuilders and developers on complex, high-value land transactions and residential schemes. The work is intellectually challenging and commercially significant, with direct access to high-profile clients and strategic projects.

Key areas of work include:

• Residential land acquisitions and disposals

• Strategic land and promotion agreements

• Site set-up and infrastructure agreements

• Plot sales (with paralegal support)

• Option and overage agreements

What We’re Looking For

• Qualified Solicitor with 1–6 years’ PQE

• Experience in residential development or commercial property (developer-side experience advantageous)

• Strong attention to detail, commercial mindset, and team-player attitude

• Excellent client communication and project management skills
