Join a thriving, forward-thinking law firm in the heart of London. My client is currently expanding their Residential Property team and are seeking talented, ambitious Conveyancing Solicitors, CLC Licensed Conveyancers or Legal Executives to join them as they grow.

The Role

You’ll be responsible for running your own caseload of residential property transactions, including both Freehold and Leasehold matters. This role offers variety, autonomy, and the support you need to deliver exceptional service without being overloaded.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Managing a varied caseload of residential property matters from instruction through to completion
  • Handling Freehold and Leasehold sales, purchases, remortgages, and transfers of equity
  • Ensuring compliance with all regulatory and legal requirements
  • Maintaining excellent client relationships and delivering outstanding service

What You’ll Need to Succeed:

  • Experience in residential conveyancing (Solicitor, Legal Executive, or Licensed Conveyancer)
  • Demonstrated experience working in a fast-paced, high-volume environment
  • Strong technical knowledge of property law
  • Excellent communication, organisational, and time management skills
  • A proactive, solution-focused mindset
