The Role
- Managing freehold and leasehold sales and purchases from start to finish
- Handling new build transactions, shared ownership matters, remortgages and transfers of equity
- Reviewing titles, preparing contracts and raising enquiries
- Liaising with clients, estate agents, lenders, developers and other solicitors throughout the transaction
- Progressing files efficiently while maintaining exceptional standards of client care
- Building long-term relationships with clients and professional introducers
