We are currently recruiting for a driven and dedicated Paralegal to join the highly regarded Real Estate team of a respected law firm based in Tunbridge Wells. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with a strong interest in property law to build their career in a collaborative, nurturing and highly professional environment.
About the Role
The successful candidate will support the Real Estate department by assisting fee earners on a variety of matters while also taking on their own caseload under supervision. Your responsibilities will include:
- Undertaking fee-generating legal tasks as assigned by senior lawyers
- Handling a caseload of property matters with growing independence
- Applying relevant legal principles to real estate transactions
- Delivering clear, client-focused legal advice, both supervised and independently
- Liaising with clients and third parties on real estate files

You will be:
- Experienced in property law or the real estate sector (preferred)

- Law degree or legal qualifications desirable, but not essential
