An established and highly respected firm is seeking an experienced Wills & Tax Solicitor (or Chartered Legal Executive) to join their dynamic team. Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and advise on a variety of Wills & Tax matters, including estate planning, trusts, inheritance tax, and wills drafting.
- Provide expert guidance to clients, ensuring their needs are met and their legal matters are handled with the utmost care and professionalism.
- Work alongside an expanding team of professionals in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
Required Skills and Experience:
- A minimum of 2 years PQE (or equivalent) in Wills & Tax law.
- Proven experience in managing a broad caseload with minimal supervision.
- Strong communication skills, with the ability to build client relationships and work well within a team.
- A positive, proactive approach to your work with the ability to work independently.
- A keen interest in staying up to date with developments in Wills, Trusts, and Tax law.
