LJW Recruitment Solutions is a growing recruitment business with an expanding presence in the US engineering market. Due to continued growth, we are looking to hire an experienced Senior Recruitment Consultant to join our Manchester-based team.
This is an opportunity to play a key role in building and developing our US engineering division. You will manage the full recruitment lifecycle while driving new business and strengthening client relationships across the US market.
Key Responsibilities- Manage end-to-end recruitment processes for US-based engineering roles
- Develop new business opportunities and win new clients
- Build and maintain strong client and candidate relationships
- Source, screen, and place high-quality engineering candidates
- Meet and exceed individual billing targets
- Contribute to the growth strategy of the US engineering team
- Proven experience in recruitment (360 consultant preferred)
- Strong track record in business development and billings
- Experience in engineering recruitment or US markets is advantageous
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Highly motivated, target-driven, and ambitious
- Competitive base salary with uncapped commission (OTE £75K+)
